Hello folks!
Let me tell you about myself by way of introduction.

Before ordination and motherhood, I was a diagnostic medical microbiologist, children's book seller and portrait artist.

I am married to my wonderful husband, Rade, and we have two amazing adult children, Abi and Isaac.
We have one son in law, one daughter in law to be, two step granddaughters and two grand-dogs!

To relax I like to read, potter in my garden and complete jigsaw puzzles.
Rade and I enjoy walking and visiting museums and art galleries, and spending time with family and friends.

I am so excited to be joining you soon in the Bugbrooke, Harpole, Kislingbury and Rothersthorpe benefice as your Rector.

In the meantime please be assured of my prayers for you all and, if we haven't met already, I am looking forward to meeting you and serving our Lord Jesus and our communities together.

We've had to change the pattern of services due to floods, fractures and family commitments.

The other benefices in our Deanery have had such a pattern for a while and have found it to be fruitful and beneficial, and we pray that this will be an encouraging time for everyone here.

Thank you so much for your understanding and we'll continue to pray and review as the weeks go on.

● Monday - Bugbrooke church is open for 'Coffee and a Chat' 10am to 12 noon.

● Wednesday - Bugbrooke church is open for private prayer 10am to 11am

● On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, Harpole Fellowship meet at 2pm in Manning Watts House, Garners Way

● Thursday - Bugbrooke Term time only Family Morning - in the Church Rooms, a time for parents and tots - 9am to 11am

● Thursday - Harpole, 11am Coffee in the Community at Manning Watts House, Garners Way

● Friday - Rothersthorpe Propeller Café 2:30 to 4:30pm

●   1. Invitation to the Table

At Communion you will be invited to come forward to receive the 'Bread and Wine' together, by Intinction.
This is the Eucharistic practice of partly dipping the consecrated bread, or host, into the consecrated wine before consumption by the communicant.

built by survivors

A NEW website has been created by two survivors of clerical abuse to support other survivors and inform Church of England bishops, dioceses, and the National Safeguarding Team.

The website, houseofsurvivors.org, collates guides, books, newspaper articles, documentaries, survivor initiatives, papers, and reviews.

The name alludes to the General Synod's Houses of Bishops, Clergy, and Laity.
The website states: "A fourth House exists, long unrecognised, which has done more to drive necessary change in the Church's structures and cultures."
